Sponsorship Request Form

BCIC provides sponsorship support for events, programs, and initiatives that celebrate Brownsville, activate community assets, promote health and wellness, attract visitors, and create lasting benefits for residents and local businesses.

Sponsorship requests should connect to BCIC's 2025–2029 Strategic Plan and advance one or more of the following priorities:

• Arts, cultural, heritage, and entertainment experiences celebrating Brownsville's identity
• Health, wellness, and active-living initiatives encouraging community participation
• Outdoor recreation and sporting events for residents and visitors
• Events activating parks, trails, resacas, sports facilities, Downtown, and public spaces
• Family-friendly experiences that strengthen community connections and quality of life
• Signature events that draw participants and visitors from outside Brownsville
• Initiatives that increase activity for local businesses, restaurants, hotels, and attractions
• Collaborative efforts that build community pride and reflect well on Brownsville

Priority consideration is given to initiatives that demonstrate meaningful community impact, strong attendance, asset activation, economic activity, and memorable experiences.

Use this form to tell us about your event or program, who it will serve, the community asset it will activate, how it will attract participants or visitors, and the impact BCIC's sponsorship will help create.

Eligible activity period: October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027   Application deadline: August 1, 2027, or until funds are exhausted

Applications don't guarantee sponsorship; requests are reviewed on eligibility, strategic fit, impact, reach, funding, and compliance.
